You're Always Welcome
We love visitors, so if you'd like to stop by just let us know. If you need a place to work while you're in Grand Rapids
we've got extra desks, power, an internet connection, and snacks. If you represent a local professional group, host a
Meetup or a user group and need a place for your event let us know. We enjoy sharing our space and supporting the community.
Our Building
We're lucky to be located on the top floor of the historic plant of the Metal Office Furniture Company (now known as Steelcase)
at the corner of Hall and 131. The building was designed by Hauser-Owen-Ames and built in 1909. In July of 2004 the building
was added to the National Register of Historic Places and more recently converted into office space.
Our 3,100 square foot open office space is centered around an inviting living room where we regularly gather for stand up meetings,
birthdays, or just to write code in a different posture.
Around the outside edges we have both sitting and standing desks, ample
whiteboard space, and a rolling cabinet filled to the brim with stickies, markers, and other craft supplies. In addition to the common space we also
a fully stocked kitchen, two conference rooms, and for a real change of pace an intimate library filled with comfortable furniture,
books, and low light.
Take a Tour
Turnstone, the company that furnished our office, created this video that gives a good sense of our space and how we live in it.
