Workplace

We believe that the foundation of company culture is people and it's important to have a space that reflects and supports those people.

We love our studio space.  It's open, sunny, and full of energetic colors.  We have open seating, with no permanent desks.  This encourages us keep moving around and collaborating with each other.  It's easy to approach someone without feeling like you're encroaching on their space, yet we still respect each other's time and concentration.

Sometimes just changing your position or vantage point can refresh your mind and help you feel more alert and be more productive.  That's why we have several "mini-environments", from high desks to low desks to couches in the center.  It's practically a cure for the stale, unchanging environment that's usually typical of offices.

It's important to be able to carve out some individual space if you need it.  That's why we have a few smaller rooms branching off from the main studio.  We have a conference room, mostly used for client meetings, another smaller room with a central table for focused conversations, and a library, which creates a completely different atmosphere with warm light, earthier colors, comfortable seating and less noise.

That these smaller spaces are secondary to our main open studio reflects that solitude is the exception and not the rule.  That's how we like to work at  Mutually Human.
