To celebrate the season of giving, we’d like to take a look back at a wonderful volunteer event that took place in October. Along with dozens of volunteers and non-profits from the community, Mutually Human had the opportunity to participate in Give Camp, Grand Rapids.
About Give Camp
Give Camp is a weekend-long event where technology professionals come together to dedicate their time to solving a problem for a worthy non-profit. This year the event was organized by Ross Hunter and Jay Tower and generously hosted by The Geek Group.
The weekend was intense. It consisted of roughly 90 volunteers and non-profits running mental marathons as they created websites, databases, applications, and digital campaigns together over a two day period.
