This week took more revisions than normal to get to a functioning strip. I thought it was a good opportunity to show some of the thought process with the original rough storyboard for the comic. I try new things every week, but generally I write the comic as a comic. I write it fast and loose a bunch of times to get the correct feeling and pace. The first piece below is the strip in it’s rough form. The other images are outtakes. In those, you can see how the characters change shape and style a little too much for my taste. There are some neat things happening in those panels, but it didn’t feel right to me.
