Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Solution Architect – Data & AI to play a pivotal role in shaping how organizations adopt and scale modern data and AI solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing position that bridges vision and execution. You’ll partner directly with executive stakeholders and delivery leaders to architect high-value solutions, earn client confidence, and influence the growth trajectory of Mutually Human’s Data & AI practice. As a trusted advisor and thought partner, you will elevate our presales motion by bringing both technical depth and business acumen. You’ll help organizations understand not just “what” AI and data engineering can do, but “how” to apply it to achieve real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Presales Leadership

Engage with senior executives and technical stakeholders during discovery sessions, workshops, and solution deep-dives.
Translate complex client challenges into compelling solution narratives that demonstrate Mutually Human’s value.
Lead the creation of tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and executive-ready presentations that inspire confidence.

Solution Strategy & Architecture

Provide subject matter expertise across data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solution design.
Define high-level architectures, solution blueprints, and effort estimates that balance innovation with feasibility.
Shape proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that align client vision with Mutually Human’s delivery excellence.

Collaboration & Growth Enablement

Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director of AI & Data Solutions, providing additional horsepower on high-stakes opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery to continuously refine go-to-market messaging and solution playbooks.
Contribute to the development of presales assets, frameworks, and methodologies that scale with our growth.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven expertise: 5+ years in technical roles (Data Engineering, ML Opps, Data Science, or AI) with at least 2+ years in client-facing presales, solution architecture, or consulting.
Cloud data fluency: Demonstrated experience with Azure, AWS, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable platforms.
Executive presence: Comfortable leading conversations with both technical and business decision-makers.
Consultative mindset: Skilled at uncovering client needs and framing solutions in business value terms.
Storytelling ability: Exceptional communicator who can translate complexity into clarity.
