Position Overview

We’re seeking an AI Engineer to develop, optimize, and deploy artificial intelligence models and systems to solve complex problems and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development: Design, construct, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
Data Processing: Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for model training and validation.
Model Evaluation & Tuning: Evaluate model performance, optimize algorithms, and fine-tune hyperparameters for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into projects to drive innovation.
Testing & Validation: Ensure that machine learning models are thoroughly tested and validated, addressing any issues related to accuracy, scalability, or deployment.
Documentation: Document the processes, methodologies, and results clearly and ensure that models are well-documented for maintainability and future enhancements.
Client Interaction: On occasion, present findings and results to clients in a clear and actionable way, assisting them in understanding how AI solutions drive value.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Solid experience (2+ years) in machine learning or AI development, with hands-on knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong programming skills in Python (or other relevant languages) and experience with machine learning libraries.
Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and data pipeline development.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools for deploying machine learning models.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with complex datasets.
Strong communication skills to work effectively within a collaborative team and with clients.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with specialized AI areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
Exposure to big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

Ability to develop and deliver presentations for clients, explaining complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
