Capability

Observability & monitoring that catches problems before your customers do

Every system leaves clues before something breaks. We build the monitoring, logging, and alerting that help your team catch issues early, so you’re responding to dashboards — not customer complaints.

Systems fail quietly before they fail loudly.

Customers find issues first.

Problems go unnoticed until users report slowdowns, errors, or outages.

Downtime costs more.

The longer it takes to detect and resolve an issue, the greater the impact on your business.

Your team stays in firefighting mode.

Without the right visibility, your team spends more time reacting to issues than preventing them.

Everything it takes to see what's happening in your systems.

The building blocks that turn scattered signals into a system your team can trust — so you can catch and resolve issues before they impact the business.

Infrastructure & application monitoring

Real-time visibility into servers, containers, services, and the applications running on them.

Logging & tracing

Centralized logs and distributed traces that let you follow a request or an error to its root cause.

Alerting & incident response

Signal that reaches the right person before customers do, with less noise than a wall of false alarms.

Dashboards & reporting

A clear, shared view of system health that engineering, ops, and leadership can all read the same way.

This is where support comes in.

Every technology initiative moves through three stages: Accelerate, Build, and Support. Observability & Monitoring is part of Support, helping you detect issues early, resolve them faster, and keep your systems performing long after launch.

Accelerate

Planning & design

Define the scope, align your team, and create a roadmap for a successful build.

Build

Software & application engineering

Build secure, scalable software designed for long-term performance.

AI engineering & LLMs

Deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve real business problems.

Support

Ongoing maintenance & updates

Keep your AI solutions secure, up to date, and improving over time.

Observability & monitoring

Monitor performance, detect issues early, and keep production systems running reliably.

How we support your systems.

People who know your environment, a process that keeps up with it, and technology that fits what you already run.

People

A dedicated monitoring engineer and delivery lead learn your systems and your team’s tolerance for noise the way an internal hire would, not a ticket queue you throw alerts at.

Process

We start by mapping what’s actually critical versus what’s noise, then build alerting and dashboards around that baseline. From there, it’s a standing cadence: reviewing what fired, tuning thresholds, and adjusting as your systems change — not a one-time setup we hand off and walk away from.

Technology

We build on the platforms you already run, backed by our partnerships with Datadog and Microsoft, so your team isn’t learning a new stack on top of everything else.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between observability and monitoring?

Monitoring tells you when something is wrong. Observability helps you understand why it’s happening. You need both: monitoring alerts your team to issues, while observability provides the logs, traces, and insights needed to identify and resolve the root cause.

Do you monitor infrastructure, applications, or both?

Both. We monitor your infrastructure, applications, and the dependencies between them, giving your team a complete view of system health instead of isolated pieces.

Do you cover on-prem and hybrid environments, or just cloud?

All of the above. Plenty of our clients run hybrid environments — cloud alongside systems that aren’t going anywhere soon — and we build monitoring that covers what you actually run, not just the parts that are easiest to instrument.

Do we need a mature setup already, or can you build this from scratch?

Either. Some clients come to us with fragmented monitoring that’s grown organically and needs to be consolidated and made trustworthy again. Others have nothing in place yet. We start by understanding what you have — even if that’s nothing — and build from there.

Do we need to replace our existing monitoring stack?

Not usually. We work within the tools you already have whenever possible and only recommend changes when there’s a clear gap. The goal is a monitoring strategy your team trusts — not a migration project.

What tools and platforms do you work with?

We’re partnered with Datadog and Microsoft and have hands-on experience across both platforms. If you’re already using one of them, we’ll build on it. If you’re using something else, we’ll work with your existing tools and recommend changes only when they provide real value.
