Employees still had to export data to Excel for manipulation before reimporting it into the software to be able to use. Drivers are able to upload the information needed from their phones, and only have to drop by the physical paperwork as a secondary back-up source of information. Because this was already in place Holland Special Delivery has been able to continue their business even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.
